IBR / ICGEB course “Unveiling Biological Networks by Cutting-Edge Proteomics Tools”

Dear colleague,
We are happy to invite you to the ICGEB Course “Unveiling Biological Networks by Cutting-Edge Proteomics Tools” to be held at the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology of Rosario (IBR), Rosario, Argentina, 30th November to 4th December, 2021. We count with the sponsorship of the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) in collaboration with Universität St. Gallen (Switzerland) and CONICET (Argentina).
The course will cover the latest advances in proteomic strategies and their application to the study of the interactome. It will also focus on data analysis to unveil protein-protein interactions and protein networks. In addition to the lectures, participants will be part of hands-on experimental sessions on sample preparation, mass spectrometer operation, and data analysis.
Check the flyer at the end of the message for the list of speakers, who are internationally renowned experts in the field.
Some topics to be covered:
  • Experimental design in interactomics
  • Sample preparation – enrichment
  • Phosphoproteomics
  • Affinity labelling
  • Cross-linking mass spectrometry
  • Affinity purification and enrichment
  • Data analysis
  • … and many more!
